Hello wonderful mod site not complettly new but having an issuewith witcher 3 mod debug console

I downloaded and installed mod correctly but opens only with F2 and I cannot get a single command to work probably because cannot use quotations have seen other comments on other forums with exact same issue but have found no solutions or work arounds please help so badly want this mod to work ty also have normal Logitech wirereless English keyboard if this helps hoping very much for a quick reply but this is the only mod Ive ever had an issue with so ty for all the uploaders efforts
