Fallout ENB hair colour help

For some reason ENB's make hair turn bright colours and they don't blend in with the skin.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue. I've tried FixSsaoHairTransparency=true, but that did nothing.

Is it something I need to change in the .nif file? I've fiddled with the alpha properties to no avail.

 

It's strange becuase I don't think the ENB's processing is affecting the hair.

If you look at that pic you can tell that the hair is actually not changing colours, just that everything else is so it looks better.

Also changing AO does not affect it either.
