File attached. I did not test it or anything, I just separated the body into two parts, and then made two .nifs. There's a good chance something messed up during the export, but it should work.

Hmm I tried it out but that's not going to work properly. It's great except for the fact that the lower part doesn't match up with the upper body of HGEC. It was cut off at a certain point. Could you maybe tell me how to work the program you used? Or try and match it up with the HGEC body?

I can line it up with HGEC, and you want the top of the body then alligned with the lower? Unless the topology is the same as HGEC, it might look distorted at the seam. I will start on it tomorrow.

It means either there is no normal map, which there is, or something is wrong with bones and weights. I did not change the bones or weights in any way, all the meshes are parented to the scene root, and they all have weights, so I can tell what the problem is.

I will continue to try and fix this though.

 

I am going to re-parent everything to a new max compatibility skeleton and see it that works, but I can't work on it right this moment.
