LE Create A Custom Race for Me?

I was wondering if there was anyone out there who would like to take a project request of mine? I personally have had a species I have been working on in my 3D Art, writings and commissions I requested and I would love to see them come to life in Skyrim! (Although reviewing the characters/species I think it would be a lot more work then I realized which I am willing to commission for) Also it gives me another excuse to share it :tongue:

 

For the sake of typing space I will give the abridged version:

 

Species Name: Phessian -an all female angelic alien species-

 

Species Characteristics:

• That all have elf like ears. (Unless one of the parents comes from a different species that doesn't have any)
• They are born with at least two different natural hair colors.
• Their skin colors come in White, Black, Yellow, Blue, Green, Purple, Grey, Brown, and Pale White.
• They are able to breed with males and other females

• After they reach a certain age they will stop physically aging (It varies form person to person)
• They all have wings (Which the example for the wings will be with the first character example later in this post)
• They come in three body sizes: Petite (which will be the first character example later in the post) Average (Second character example) and Amazon (which I don't have a picture of but they would be taller then average and have an athletic body type.

Fighting Characteristics: (Which will help decided they starting stats)

• They are all born with the ability to use magic and specializes in it.
• They usually try not to fight directly or close since their bodies are more frail compared to other species, prefer to summon creatures/people to fight up close while they fight form afar and/or use Illusions to control their enemies to kill each other. If they have to fight up close they can also conjure up weapons and armor made of light to fight with.
• In the order of importance of magic/skills goes Conjuration, Illusion, Restoration > Alteration, Enchanting > Destruction, Alchemy.

Abridged Back Story:

Though out the universe there are spirits of both holy demonic that spread their energy that surrounds all people, animals, air, plants, water, and planets. On rare occasions the spirit will infuse itself with the a fetus of an unborn daughter which changes their hair and eyes and giving limitless potential on magical feats they can perform. Do to their unusual powers (and some accidents with their powers) they were feared and branded as Starry Eyed Witches and are usually hunted and put to death or inslaved for being believe to be born to cause destruction.

On a technology advance planet there were a pair off twin aliens sisters that were born both with magic one with Demonic, the other with Holy. They were both born with wings and the ability to conjure up weapons and objects out of pure light which their people sought to use for their own gain to further their technology. Eventually they became too powerful for them to control so they tried to get rid of them but they were not able to and they took the advance technology they help made and left for a uninhabited planet where they started building new lifes )they are able to fly and breathe in space) and a society being able to fight off any threat that came after them with combined technology and magic. After they found loved ones they soon learn that for every offspring they have and their children (and so on) are born with the same wings, eyes, sorcery as them. Eventually after so many breeding they have made enough to have a colony of magic users they considered themselves a new species altogether and the angelic ones call themselves Phessians. Most people seen it as a chosen ones who transcended from their planet after becoming immensely strong and thought they were Goddesses and started worshiping them and thought of their children to be guardians.

 

How Does It Fit In Skyrim?

Eh... A Phessian came to their world to explore the planet, got a Nord, High Elf or etc. knocked up and gave birth to a Phessian?

I don't know how to explain how the rest of the people are able to use magic :tongue:
