mciv
Fairly self explanatory problem, and one I haven't encountered thus far. I just reinstalled FO3, and as well installed some light mods. For some reason now whenever I fire off a round using a gun while aiming through a sight, or whenever I fire off a round via VATS, my 360 controller shuts off. I'm playing the PC version of the game. Not sure what exactly is going on to cause this. I hope someone is able to help me fix this problem. Thanks! EDIT: Actually, whenever I use the RT button, or right trigger on my 360 controller, the controller shuts itself off, regardless of aiming through a scope or using VATS. Very weird. EDIT 2: Solved my own problem by changing the batteries. I guess the triggers use more power than other buttons or something, and when the batteries are low, pushing a trigger shorts the controller out. Weird. Weird. its the 360 rumble activating when you fire off rounds / hit a target / take damage. Its only light when firing off rounds so easy to miss
