My apologies for repeating any that have already been mentioned.

 

1. ) More options in character customization

a.) more hairstyles in general (with short, medium, long and HD versions of each)

b.) change height, weight, and other body parts scale/dimensions

 

2.) Skin texture replacers similar to UNP, CBBE, SevenBase, etc. (preferably hd)

 

3.) Class restriction removal on all armors and weapons.

 

4.) Crafting System Overhaul - Be able to modify weapon and armor specs during crafting

a.) or something similar to the creation kit for skyrim that would allow to make items outside of game and import them into game)

 

5.) Console command enable (so you can add items, experience points, skill points, etc., without having to use the cumbersome mechanics of cheat engine)

(e.g. addxp, additem, modav, setav, etc)

 

6.) Mounted Combat

 

7.) Party members ride mounts

 

8.) Romanceable Vivienne!!!

 

9.) Storage chest in haven.

I have own requests like Seeker armor for Lucius, white robe for Fiona, Black suit for Alexius, warrior warden armors for Stroud/Alistair/Loghain and mounts that give damage during charge and Barris in place of Fiona at Skyhold if I recruit templars.
