Selective Zoom

So I recently tried out an awesome mod that had selective zoom for it's own weapons and I was wondering if someone could create a script that allowed selective zooming, say, something like 2x, 4x, 8x and whatnot but for all scoped weapons, even the ones that get a scope from a mod, like the hunting rifle.
