Customizeable Child/Fat Body Morphs to Show Armor.

I know that when you open up the toolset, you can change the code for your character appearance and make your character into a child, and or into the "fat" morphs (Used for some diversity of the fit people). I'm wondering if someone can make a body mesh that we can use so that Alistair (Mainly Loghain, Arl Howe, and a few others for my thought), or the player character can have more of a chunky/ fat appearance and still be able to have the armor that is equipped be seen as armor and not the default peasant clothes. (Same for the child body, so that we can have access to show the armor).

I understand that there could be issues with the "child" morph, with a few people... so this is mostly for the 'fat' body.

Hey, Grimm;

Interesting idea. But the issue with DA is that characters don't "wear" anything. Your armour, or robes, or clothing, REPLACES the torso body model. So, for example, a modder who has a great new breastplate, if they want to make it an equippable item for all possible characters, already has to create 7 different models to provide for HM, HF, DM, DF, EM, EF, and QM.

You are now asking that they make two MORE complete sets of 7, ("child" and "chunky" for each gender and race.) Ok, sets of 6. We'll presume you don't reeeeeally need "child" or "chunky" Qunari versions, since you can't select that for your Warden. :tongue:

Someone might be willing to do so. But, for example, I know that RustyBlade decided to leave all the characters in their generic "children's clothing" for his "DA Kids" mod, (you can equip everything and it'll behave normally, it just won't display) because he couldn't see making new models of all the items. Not in one lifetime, anyway! :laugh:
