My Fallout New Vegas Lags

Hello, my Fallout New Vegas keeps on lagging when I go into Good Springs or when i'm randomly walking sometimes but mainly in Good Springs. I like to play with a decent amount of mods usually a lot of quest mods because i feel Fallout New Vegas doesn't have enough quests but here's my load order and my computer specs. Please help me in any way if you can tell me any mods that help fix any lag that I don't have or if you can tell me any options i can change to stop lagging. I have my settings on medium now it didn't reduce any lag usually I play on high. Please help me and thank you!

My computer is a Alienware X51 if that matters for anything I don't really think it would affect this game but i will just go ahead and say it.

GPU: Geforce GTX 645

CPU: Intel® Core i3-4130 CPU @ 3.40GHz

Memory: 6.00GB Ram (5.92 GB usable)

Current Resolution: 1600 x 900 60Hz

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium (I currently dont have a genuine version i had to reset my computer and it wouldnt accept my key) Its 64 bit too.
