Disappearing Main Menu

The title is technically misleading - The menu might still be there. I just can't see it. It seems to have been moved up and to the left, though that might not be the case either. At least, the New Vegas logo has moved. This is mostly contributed to a compatibility patch gone horribly wrong, but given that I don't have any compatibility patches, I find that distinctly unlikely. I've tried taking all mods and DLC out of my load order, this did not fix the issue, nor did a Steam validation.
