xWalkTheLinex Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 on several of the mods i downloaded it has a big square ! mark and i think its missing content but i dont no how to fix it
Stonedturtle26 Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 I would delete all reminiscences of the mods, redownload them and be extra certain your extracting all the files into the right areas. A file being off by one directory can produce the giant red !. Also make sure you're following install instructions provided by the mods creators to a T. Hope you can get it worked out!

davidlallen Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 (edited) For this particular mod, it has only a single esp and single bsa. Both of these should be in your FNV/data directory. Please check that first. Then in the FNV game launcher, select "data files" and make sure no other mods are activated. This will help narrow down the problem. Then load a "clean" save and go to the bunker. ("Clean" means a save from a long time ago, when you did not have any mods activated.) Do you see any red diamonds? If you have multiple mods switched on there is no way to tell which mod is causing the problem, so please focus on one single mod at a time. Edited January 28, 2011 by davidlallen

davidlallen Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 If you have switched off all mods and get red diamonds, you have broken something in your install. That is no big deal, but you will have to get back to a clean base game before you can tell whether any mods are broken.

davidlallen Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 In removing the other mods, you have evidently removed some other base game files. At this point there is no solution except to reinstall. The base game does not have any red diamonds.
