Looking For A Few Things

So I'm looking for a few mods. Currently, I'm a level 37 mage with 100 destruction and I plan on keeping it at 100. If it weren't for console commands, I'd be at about 18. I have Marcurio as a follower (because he's a mage). I have about 22000 gold from adventuring, I've married Ysolda, adopted the child from Whiterun and fully completed the College of winterhold main questline. I've downloaded Skyrim Unbound and skipped the main Skyrim quest, no dragons. I'm looking for something a bit harder, and I've got Falskaar but it's acting up a little. Is there a mod that raises the NPC level multiplier? I am also looking for a mod where your follower can buy their own items and use spell tomes that you give them, buy clothing/armor that suits their class (Marcurio is "an apprentice mage, not a pack mule"). I am also looking for a mod that adds more creatures that have a high level multiplier. I've got Thunderbolt and Incinerate as my favorite spells (I have SkyUI of course). I also want something that lets Marcurio use Vlindrel Hall (my house) as his home/apartment as well, since he's my follower and my /bro/. I will be extending it and adding a bed for him myself. I've already got a bunch of mods active, I've got Skyrim Wrye Bash. I would like something similar to Mart's Monster Mod from Oblivion and something similar to Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul from Oblivion.

Can anybody point me anywhere?

The mod "Skyrim immersive creatures" is a good start, adds new monsters and can lead to higher difficulty. there is also a Monster mod for skyrim but I heard that the newest version is not on the nexus it is on Steam or a site called ModDB.

The mod "My Home Is Your Home" lets you move people to your house as the title says. (do not use on custom framework followers)

I know that Vilja can buy and sell things but she rarely gets equipment (and you have to tell her to). I heard Sofia can shop as well but I also heard she steals your gold for her habbit(I don't use her so I can't be 100% sure).

For an OOO experience try "Skyrim Redone" it is the closest I have seen. (PS if you go back to Oblivion you have got to look at Maskars Oblivion Overhaul)

For higher level enemies I am not sure but OBIS and Sands Of Time are supposed to be an amazing combo, I only use OBIS.

Although I browse the Steam Workshop often most of the stuff I actually download has links over here, and I generally find the forums and people over here to be more enjoyable than over on Steam (probably because of the n00b factor, it's easier to keep a single Steam account than to have both a Steam and a Nexus account). I'll head over to ModDB and see what's over there. I've never heard of Maskar's OO, will look. OBIS is the bandit mod, right? And Sands of Time...I'll look. If not I'll make the mod myself, thinking a +30 or +40 level multiplier. I'm already on Legendary difficulty, but it's still too easy. I'll ask Bethesda if they can make a "pure suicide" difficulty level. And I read my last post...A level 18 master destruction wizard...Wow. Also, what is the script/file that dictates difficulty? I want to edit it and see how hard I can make things.

I took a look and found out that a mod called "DUEL" makes combat very tough especially for mages, you can check that out. If you just search "difficulty" you will find at least 4 mods that change the legendary difficulty modifier. and people say that ASIS works well for increased spawns and can add custom spells to appropriate foes. Note: some mods need to be added to the blocklist IE Vilja. I know nothing about scripts especially for skyrim so I can't tell what the difficulty script is, sorry.

I haven't tried it out full, but FollowerLivePackage has a shopping and spell tome-learning functionality along with a ridiculously long list of features. It's a bit hard to understand though through the translation, but if you have time then you can check it out.
