When I spawn it in through the console and wear it, the armor itself is invisible, the particle effects still work, and the helmet is fine. The battery backpack also shows up, but the armor itself is invisible. However, using Enclave Commander, I called in multiple ground squads and sometimes the armor loads and looks fine on the soldiers. Is there any way to fix this?
