An Underwear Mod?

I know there are plenty of nude mods on Nexus that offer underwear versions if the player so chooses.

I was wondering if any mods exist that have the nude bodies, but the underwear skins as a seperate equipable item?

 

I remember an 'underlay' armor mod that someone made for Fallout 3 that was equipable and invisible where if someone wore it, it would add a certain amount of damage reduce points to your character, so you can wear whatever outfit you want and not miss out on defense points.

 

I was wondering if it were possible to do something like this to create layered clothing?

 

Like.. All (or most) NPCs have this in their inventory and has it equiped. It would be invisible unless you removed their armor/clothing. And they'd have their underwear equiped.

But then if you removed the underwear, their bodies would be nude.

 

 

CUTTING TO THE CHASE HERE :P Rambled a bit above.

So, what I'm asking for is..., is there a nude mod that has an equipable underwear item that equips under the character/NPC's outfits?

I'm pretty sure such a mod is possible, but the tedious part would be dropping the underwear into everyone's inventory on the GECK, I guess.
