Having some loading trouble

Hey, I'm having some trouble with the game. I recently installed FWE and the FOIP patches for EVE, Project Beauty, MMM, and WMK, DarnUI However, when I load the game, it goes through the intro movies (which I can't skip), and then heads to the main helmet background(without the menu), then is stuck on that slide while the music plays. When I Ctrl+Alt+Delete to exit, Fallout 3 crashes. Any suggestions? Load order here:
