Change companion's class

Hello everyone!

 

Yap, already have another question :) My 4-man-rogue-team is still not complete, so I'd need to have a 4th rogue in my party... is there a way to make i.e. Alistair into a rogue? I've searched in this forum and haven't found anything (maybe I didn't search long enough? ;D), also the gff-editor didn't help... could I have overlooked something?

Metagame items- http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13 ring of rebirth can change the class of yourself and followers. I have not however been able to get it to work on myself. It always crashes my game when I try. Tho I have used it to respec some of my followers.

You will probably also need to use a no-autolevel mod. http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4

I've always been using this, so I dont know if they acquire appropriate skills and whatnot after the class change. For isntance if Al would get rogue skills if you changed him to a rogue or if he would still get warrior skills. With the no autolevel mod you give them all the skills that you want them to have, raise their attributes as you want them, etc.

Well... all I can really say is that I tried out a LOT of mods and a LOT of different things in the toolset when I was playing this game :D

 

LOL and yeah, I played around with that on one of my goof off games and turned Al into a mage. A templar mage. Kinda funny.
