IndecentAct
Hey guys, i've been working on a FNV mod for a few days and i have a very good idea but i don't know the required scripting to bring my idea to life, ok so i would like to be able to change the texture of an item using scripting but i have searched through FNV's scripts and the geck script reference for it and i havn't been able find anything, so is it possible to do what i'm looking for ? Thanks guys.
Ladez
There is the SetTexturePath function from NVSE, but I don't have experience with it.
Gribbleshnibit8
Also just FYI, but Papyrus is the scripting language for Skyrim and presumably now FO4. FNV, Fo3, and Oblivion use what is called either GECKScript or OBScript.
Fallout2AM
Vanilla function swaptexture allows to pass a node as parameter. You could check how the endgame slides are made, its use is pretty simple. To note that texture swapping must be refreshed when you load a game.
