Hello, I am completely new to PC gaming and modding in turn

I am Aidan and I love oblivion and have played it on my 360 extensively.

but when i found out that the PC version had user created content and plenty of it I had to get it.

I have tried downloading mods myself but I have no idea what i'm doing and am just taking wild stabs in the dark so if someone out there could plleeeease help me understand this and give me a lesson or two i would be so grateful!

if you need to install mods just drag the meshes, textures, sounds, esp, etc. into the data folder of your main oblivion directory which should look something like this: C:/programfiles/steam/steamapps/common/oblivion/data or C:/programfiles/bethsedasoftworks/oblivion/data then use the oblivion launcher to activate the esp and launch oblivion, and some mods may require utility's like obse archive invalidation or obmm to work properly. hope atleast some of this helped
