How do you get the Mace of Doom?

So, I saw in some videos on YouTube that you could get the Mace of Doom by jumping or something in Frostcrag Spire. I'm just wondering how you actually get it, from first step to last.

Sorry mate, you can't. If you want it you'll have to cheat or use the CS to place it somewhere. The people who made the movie must have done a mod. I found 2 references for the mace; One in a crate called "Ammo and Weapons" which can be found in a test cell, and a second mace on the ground in a test world cell.

Now i'm not too good with using the console, but try this:

 

player.additem "000936B3" 1

 

And another thing, the ID name for the weapon is "TestEnchantLOTR" maybe its Lord of the rings related.

You drop a paintbrush in frostcrag spire then stand on it and save. Disable the frostcrag file in the launcher then load that save and click yes whan it says data isn't there. Then jump onto the house, find the huge front door, and activate it. You will be in a "mini-bruma" and the mace of doom is next to a fire brazier. then just fast travel back into tamriel.
