Weird physics

Hi.

I've created my melee weapon but it has a strange physics behavior - when I place it in GECK, it keeps turning around. It looks like screwed pivot point or something.

I tried to bypass this by classic mesh swapping feature in NifSkope. But now the problem is bigger - when I choose it's mesh, the GECK will immediately crash.

Please, does anybody know what I did wrong?
