Strange bug with TES V hearthfire drafting tables

i dont usually do this kind of thing as im quite unsociable but i cant figure out this problem on my own. basically this bug swaps the recipes for heljerchen hall and winstad manner so that when i attempt to build things at winstad (nothing built there yet) the drafting table shows the options for my already completed heljerchen (basically shows the remove workbench options) and vice versa the heljerchen table shows the small house layout option. now when i select the small house layout from the heljerchen table and then go to workbench it allows me to build the house but it builds it over the top of my pre existing house not where its supposed to be. if anyone has encountered this problem and knows how to deal with it or if its a conflict with a mod please let me know asap.
