2 quick questions

First question I am assuming it is not uncommon for mod hairs to float over the character from far away is this correct of am I missing something that is not installed correctly.

Second question I am having a issue with one of the mods I have installed it looks like one of the dds files is conflicting with a mesh so it doesn't look "skinned" right if that makes sense. I am not sure how I would check this though. How do I figure out what dds file is associated to the mesh file so I can search for it in my override folder. I can identify what the armor is but I am not sure how I get down all the way to the dds files that make up the armor if you know what I mean.

Not float away but float above when you are looking at them from far away, like they are not attached to there heads.

As for the second question that's just it I want to figure out, what mod it is. I can use the damodder to figure out what armor it is, but at that point how do I figure out what dds file is associated with it. I figure after that I can search override folder for the dds file and see if there are duplicates.

Yes, I knew what you meant by "floating", and yes, it's VERY unusual.

As for the question regarding armour meshes, just PM/email the author and discuss the issues your having directly. That's the best source of this kind of detailed info regarding any mod.
