bamba1351 Posted June 18, 2015 Share Posted June 18, 2015 (edited) An Enclave Soldier wearing 'Enclave Hellfire Armor' become red square with '!' on its ceneterand when you use V.A.T.S. all of their body parts became 0% chance of hit. Feral Ghoul Reaver, Super Mutant Overlord, Hellfire Enclave Trooper, and other Broken Steel's content are all like this.
