Messing around GECK (FNV) and got a simple issue

Fooling with the object effect,and i figure that i wanna add an DR effect to a certain item,works against certain type of damage,problem is,I don't know how to properly set up the "works against certain type of damage" condition for that,how does one set the condition to work on attacker specifically like perks do? (Tried "Combat Target",no luck") And can i achieve said effect through "IsWeaponSkillType" like the DLC perk "In Shining Armor" does?

 

Edit: Okay,Figured this one out,serious case of overlooking on my part and didn't realize that player can't count as combat target if the hostility is not mutual...Long story short,achieved through "Combat Target" on the Condition Item tab -> Run On

The only downside is that the condition only works when the effect owner is hostile towards someone,so the effect can runs on the hostile individual,basically whoever try to kill the effect owner
