Missing crate meshes

So I'm missing the meshes for broken crates, barrels, and assorted junk. After an hour of searching, tinkering, hurling abuse that would make a sailor blush at the offending exclamation marks, and generally raging impotently at my PC I'm no closer to finding a solution. Several people have reported similar issues with FCOM, which I do not have installed and any solutions they have been provided with have left me helplessly encumbered by garish blemishes upon the glory of Oblivion.

- I have both sections of Fran's mod installed

- The bsa files show up in my oblivion.ini

- Forcing them to load with a blank esp makes no difference

 

Those were the three most common suggestions I could find and none have worked.

EDIT: Problem solved minutes after venting my spleen. Turned out to be an issue with More Immersive Sounds. Dodgy activators with equally dodgy mesh paths. Shame I can't delete the post really.
