How to remove the enchantment circles and glow

I might just be too anal, but how do you remove the initial glow when you equip an enchanted item, and how do you remove that little blue circle in your inventory that denotes that an item is enchanted?

 

I want to either do that or remove enchanted items alltogether, whichever is less work

This mod removes the magical effect after the initial glow. That's the persistent glow, not the initial though. Nice mod nevertheless.
