TheEagleOfEden
I've seen other threads on this issue, but none of them seem to have a solution for me. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I downloaded the "Oblivion Character Overhaul", but it said for the mod to work I have to install "Oblivion Script Extender" and "Blockhead".I downloaded the files to install them manually. I extracted both of them into Oblivion's data file, but when I load up Oblivion and start a new game the texture on the character's face still says "Download Blockhead".I don't understand. I feel like I've tried everything. Edited June 20, 2015 by TheEagleOfEden
razorpony
Well Blockhead is an OBSE plugin. Did you install OBSE properly and use the OBSE launcher to run the game?

Surilindur
obse_loader.exe needs to be in the game folder, the same folder as Oblivion.exe, NOT in data folder. And it needs to be installed manually because of that. The only files from OBSE that go in Data folder are the ones in the ...Data\OBSE folder (obse.ini and Plugins folder). You can see it from how it is packed when you download OBSE. Also, if you use Mod Organizer, the OBSE plugins need to be copied to the actual ...Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins folder. Not sure how it works with other mod managers, though, MO is a bit different to them.
