Need Help troubleshooting

So I've been trying to mod Fallout 3 for a few days to no avail. I have been through the forums and have tried using FOMM NMM and BOSS to get the load order right. FOMM crashes every time I try to use the auto sort feature, NMM auto sort doesn't work, I have no idea how to use BOSS so I just compared the master list on BOSS to my list and changed everything to fit it, and it still doesn't work. Whenever I start fallout it comes up to the first green terminal screen and then stops working and sometimes it just stops at a black screen. This is my load order: GameMode=Fallout3
