Enemies carrying multiple sets of armor.

I just finished reinstalling a TTW edition of new vegas and I have solved all of the major problems that I have so far found. But I was wondering if anyone could help me solve one immersion breaking issue that I am having.

 

Pretty much every single human enemy I have killed has had at minimum 2 sets of armor on them when they died. Last night I fought off a Talon Company ambush to find 2 of them carrying 3 sets of armor, and the 3rd carrying atleast 10 different sets. These are including both multiple copies of vanilla armor as well as mod added armor.

 

What do I need to do to correct this so that each enemy only has the suit of armor that they are actually wearing? Is it a plugin that I need to disable, or a setting that I need to change when I build my bashed patch?

 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
