Quetzlsacatanango Posted February 5, 2011 Share Posted February 5, 2011 Easiest way for me is to go into edit mode, highlight all vertices on the weapon, and then go through all the bones and set the weight to 0 for the ones you don't want it to move with. You can accomplish the same thing with weight paint if you want to do it a little more visually. Alternatively, if it's, say, hanging from your belt, you could make the belt a separate object, and then bone weight copy the weapon to the belt. Then it will only move with the belt, not the pants, boots, etc... all different ways of accomplishing the same thing. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
