run the bison steve or lucky 38 ?

im looking to add a mod that lets me "work or build" in the game, basically im looking at the likes of run the bison Steve or run the lucky 38, then there are others like running a shop.

 

which would everyone suggest is the most playable and fun mod to add also are there anyothers you could suggest.
