Game CTD on launch even with mods off

So I've been playing the game with the mods:

UF3P

DUI

FOOK2

Fellout

and the game has been running fine until I decided to add a few more mods:

Enhanced Weather

Terrain Pack + Shiny Roads

and when I launch the black screen come up then it crashes and Windows says "Fallout 3 has stopped working." I turned off all mods but it still does that, I really don't want to reinstall the game and all the mods so is there any way I can cleanly uninstall or even better fix the two mods? Please? I have FOSE and ArchiveInvalidated.
