Weird CTD in Arlington Library

I've created a Raider character (using the Alternate Start - Roleplay mod to make her aligned with the Raider faction as well) and when I got to Arlington Library I thought I'd help out my Raider friends with their Brotherhood problem. So I kill every Brotherhood in sight and when I walk up the stairs to the Raiders overlooking the library the game crashes to desktop and I have no idea why. It's only in that specific spot too and hasn't happend anywhere else in the game or even anywhere else in the Library. It seems to only happen on the stairs overlooking the library in the second room you enter and only when approaching the Raiders. My idea is that it's trying to play an audio file (since Raiders will talk to me when approaching them) but it crashes.
