Stealth Boy Mutation, Faction Trainee companion and NCR L38

To start sorry if I'm not allowed to put more then one idea on one thread but I saw no rules posted about it.

 

Idea 1 Stealth Boy Mutation

This one is for Stealth Boy centered players. You use 15* stealth boys and a popup comes up saying " You notice your skin seems to be slightly translucent. Nah you just need some more water your seeing things." You use 25* SB's another popup comes up saying "You look down at your hands and you can see the ground through your hands. You should probably see a doctor." From here you can go two ways a quest version and none quest version. The none quest version is just you use 35* SB's and the last popup comes up saying "As you hear the stealth boy power down you see that the effect has not gone away. You stand up and the effect disappears. After a couple try's you discover you now have the ability to cloak when sneaking." The quest version is a quest gets added that tells you to see the Followers of Apocalypse and from there Julie tells you to see a man that is very interested in SB's and he may be able to help. You go to him and instead of wanting to cure you he wants to figure out how they mutated you and if he can duplicate it and help you in the process.

Idea 2 Faction Trainee Companion

If you have high enough reputation with the legion or the NCR they will ask if you would please train a recruit saying "I can think of no one better the teach them our ways/ to be a better soldier then anyone else." The companion will have there own quest. They will learn from you by just traveling with you and the quest objectives will along the line of "Help <name> pass shooting test."

Idea 3 NCR Lucky 38

Pretty simple the NCR takes over the Lucky 38 casino and uses it as such after you kill Mr.House. They keep saying the the casinos are bleeding them dry so why don't they take the now vacant casino to get some money back. Could add if your high NCR Rep you get bonus's.
