BinaryMessiah Posted June 21, 2015 Share Posted June 21, 2015 I'm a pretty avid Fallout modder (since day one). I just came back to New Vegas since I finished the game about 2 years ago. I can not get the female characters to not show the black underwear issue. ArchiveInvalidation is checked under NMM. I tried the trick of unchecking it and running the game and checking it again, but when I uncheck it the game doesn't load. It crashes on the first copyright screen. I then try to re-check it and it screws everything up. I then have to run the original Fallout launcher to reset fallout.ini and then the game finally loads. I don't get this. I used to easily mod New Vegas with no problem. I just don't understand this issue with the black underwear. I also tried unchecking read only on Fallout.ini and it didn't help.
