I used to run NMM perfectly but one day some idiot had to throw in some bullshit program called ".Net Framework 4.5.2" which will not install and without it, NMM is f*#@ing screwed and will not open with out it. I have downloaded multiple times and it will download but the install bar will stay in place and never move. My internet connection is solid. I need NMM for when I play Fallout 3 so I can get mods. L0LLo Posted June 23, 2015 Share Posted June 23, 2015 (edited) same, got a 100mb line in italy and download of net framework doesn't start.. im trying to download it from the microsoft website gonna update post when i finish the installation just download and install this http://download.microsoft.com/download/E/2/1/E21644B5-2DF2-47C2-91BD-63C560427900/NDP452-KB2901907-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe then run the installer for nmm and when nmm installer asks you to install net framework 4.5.2 just click ok, it will skip and install the mod manager hope this helps you Edited June 23, 2015 by L0LLo Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
