devinpatterson
Sometimes when I'm playing I see a perfect spot for a vault, ambush or what have you. I was wondering if I could save and extract that location from a save to start working on it in geck. This is primarily in reference to the NVwilderness area. Right now I have to find the nearest named wilderness cell location and then move around in the geck (which for me is clunky & time consuming) trying to find the location I saw in game. I was sure in Oblivion there was a console command for getting your current co-ordinates but I couldn't see one when I had a quick look in the fO3 console command list. Not sure if they removed the feature or what but you might want to try finding out what the command was in oblivion and trying it in FO..

I'll definitely give that a shot
