If anyone could send me download link via pm it would be much appreciated. That's why I have asked here for link to his work (had some of his skyrim mods downloaded before he first disabled his uploads and then was banned soon after, too bad I didn't backup fallout ones) or to a mod that would be a good replacement. EWI was suppose to make a new site for his work, but haven't heard anything in a while. About weather mods, read what's in the post above. Clouds for custom weathers won't work with vanilla .nifs and moded nifs require weather.esp. I have already checked some of them.
