Shader causing ctd

The new glasses use the same model and icon, but they are not the same.

 

what makes the game crash?

I drop an item and pick it up when it has a shader. it doesn't matter if the glasses are on before or after the item is dropped. it just has to have the shader on it.

ok no crash, editing a BMP file to upload , just encase I messed up ,ran it without Fose and obtained them or Illumination any ways.

what do I need to do to make it crash?

Choose an item type (doesn't matter which one), choose a color (doesn't matter which one), drop an item of the type you chose to glow and pick it up with the glasses on. it has crashed every time I've done that.

tied baseball glove and the baseball, the only thing I have going wrong is music run on...but if I change cells it will stop...so there is data "missing still" in this newer esp you made.

 

so if these items are not correct...please direct me to default items...no consoling things, needs to be in game normal things...things any noob would pick up.

tested coffe pot,iron,baseballGlove,baseball, Bobbypins...and the color chosen was red...still zero faults and the items do not glow red...no crashing either.

The items I'm testing with are what I picked up on the way out of vault 101. vault 101 jumpsuits, hats, glasses. they all give the same result.

I drop them, pick them up and I crash when I click on the item. it doesn't matter if the glasses are on before or after the items are dropped.

I'm drops the items put the glasses on and entered megaton. left megaton and pick up one of the items I dropped and it crashes.

I've gone into moira's shop and stole the armored jumpsuit on the wall with the glasses on so it was glowing and dropped it, put on the glasses, and picked it up and it crashed. tried again took the glasses off and I could pick up the jumpsuit just fine.

 

Everything I've tried and crashed with are vanilla items form the game with only the glowing items mod active. no dlc or any other mods.

where is your game installed at? this is not a mod issue, it's a rendering issue with the desktop display and permissions.
