Toggleable Weapon Mods.

Hello. I would like to ask you, as a fellow community member, can toggleable weapon mods be done?

 

I know the game has weapon mods, but the request is that when you go to a weapon mod screen, you can toggle a weapon mod on/off, just by clicking it.

If it can, that is great, but if it can't, that is also fine. I just wanted to make sure, and, if it can be done, to congratulate the person who does this.

well, i have only seen one mod that removed mods from weapons, and this one basically takes away the weapon, and gives you back an unmodified version of the weapon and all the mods that the weapon was using

so as far as i can say, it's not possible (at least not in the way you are asking)

 

however, you can do such a thing, but not in the normal sense (not like you suggested)

i know from Fallout 3 that there are mods (like the Book of Earache), that allow you to change your weapon through a hotkey (for instance, you press on x, and now you are using the underbarrel shotgun or grenade launcher)

so basically, you can use the same principle to change weapons

 

it's not the same method as you described, but it's the best i can offer
