Carimya
Hey all!Maye some of you have noticed that I love uploading pics (and sometimes write stories). But I´m slowly running out of poses, and there aren´t any facial expression mods that have features like sexy looks and so on. I wanna make some myself (and of course upload them here when they´re done). What tools do I need? Hope you can help :) Greetz
Nadimos
Yeah, i can help you with that sort of, first of all you want to look up blender. For that you can scroll way down the forum until you land into the 3d modelling section and there you can check the various stickies. Then after you have everything properly installed, you can use a blender ready file that you should be able to find somewhere here on the tesnexus page or learn to make one yourself. Generally it is a good idea to check the site for blender related material in order to learn how things go. For that you can also just type in blender in the file search and see what it all comes up with. I think among the files that you will find there, there is also a blender ready package with all things you need to start out since you wont just need blender, but also niftool export scripts aswell as python. So if you made it into blender with the ready file, you can start animating it straight away by selecting bones and using the r button for rotate, dont move the bones tho, just rotate them, and then you can also hold down ctrl to go in 5 degree steps. Then if you are happy with the pose, you need to hit locrot otherwise, if you would save the scene now, it wont save the local rotation, thus all work would be gone and so we use locrot before doing so. Then essentially it just needs exporting as a .kf file, which you stumbled already across installing pose mods im sure. This is the file that holds all the animation data aka what bones go where. (outdated stuff about kfupdater removed) If there is a problem with the pose the How to fix my animation faq on the nexus wiki can explain this to you in more detail. Now then, have fun! :D Edited February 6, 2011 by Nadimos
fore
It's not all that difficult. First go to the Blender Forum Nadimos mentioned, or directly to blender-read-this-1st. Next I very much recommend Coronera's Adult Animation Tutorial For Noobs. It's a little more than what you need, but by far the best step by step tut. And it comes with the "Ready Package" Nadimos mentioned. And then, when you really run into a problem, there is this wiki page you can see in my signature. Have fun, and looking forward to your stuff. EDIT: and no need for this "kfupdater" tool Nadimos wrote. That's history
Carimya
Thx :) I´m downloading blender right now. Doesn´t sound too hard. At least not as hard as I´ve imagined. Maybe I will make some really good posingmods. Who knows? xD The first stuff will properly be... crap xD THX again! Have a great day!
