I'm getting an odd eyebrow glitch.

Recommended Posts

Hello, everyone. Thanks for reading.

As seen in the picture, it seems that I'm getting two different types of eyebrows, at once. I have tried to alleviate the problem using various methods, none of which have actually helped.

I'm using Fallout 3 redesigned, and I've tried enabling and disabling it, but the issue persists. I've used an eyebrow "fixer" mod, but that simply enables you to have no beard and eyebrows at the same time, and it does not help me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try this, take these two files here:

  • [X] Project Beauty- Broken Steel.esp
    [X] Project Beauty- Point Lookout.esp

And put them above UF3P's data and see what happens.

EDIT:

Put this above it too "[X] Project Beauty.esm"

keep things cleans as if the UF3P was not installed.

I tried out that load order, and the glitch is still present, unfortunately. I went ahead and disabled all of the mods, and the issue is still present.

Whoa ! no mods? and still there?

That's a resource file loading, you apparently have two such files loading at the same time...in mesh and or textures.

No plugins loading and still remains the issue means only resource files are to blame.

The only way (i) know how to fix this with out damaging your games installed parameters is to install and use MO, create a folder in Mo's mod folder to contain all the "loose files found in the data directory, Physically move out any and all data not deemed default to that location and run the game from within Mo....also copy your saved games folder to MO's profile default folder so you will have where you left off.

when the game loads up, and you check....knowing all assets installed by other mods are now gone...it may crash....if not, the data causing the issue is not there.

what you need to do is make sure you can isolate this data and find out whom is using what.

If you install as long ago ,all data and overwrites into a single folder "Data" your going to run into issues no matter what because the game will load every cotton picked file in there.

It does sound like this...duplicates assets are loading up. Some times things are not so simple.

But..! once you find it ,you know just how simple it can be.

Show me a new screen shot and when you are there looking at the NPC use console and click it's ID screen shoot that with it's ID at the top.

I'll trace it and see what's up.

It could simply be your very attentive to details and it may be normal...or may be some other thing going on.
