Trashdog
I have a question for those who are experienced with the BBB process. Something like two weeks ago I released a modified version of Speedbusters Heavy Body which is more full figured then the original. If you want to take a look it can be found here (its the optional chubby xl version): http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36168 Since then I've been asked by a few people if I could add some jiggle to the belly area, and I always replied that its not possible, mainly because I haven't much clue about weight painting. But now I was wondering if that is true, is it realy not possible? When I look at Bouncing Breasts then I see there is a pair of "Breast Bones" which are used to create that movement, so I figured a Bouncing Belly should also be possible if there would be an Skeletton with a "Belly Bone". My question now is if this is possible and even if it is would there be any problems or difficulties involved? I gues since a completely new skeletton would be needed it would pose at least a lot of work and trouble and maybe even compability problems. fore
Jiggle the belly area? Wow, you guys got ideas. Yes, it can be done. But please don't use the breast bones again. Weight painting the butt with breast bones was one of the worst ideas I have ever seen here (ok, I admit, I am prejudiced ). This works only if you don't use BBB animations. That looks really bad. Breast and butt simply don't move in sync. We talk about Coronerra's max. skeleton (CMCS). CMCS has lots of other funny bones, like pussy1 and 2 (hope this will not be censored), tail<n>, pony<n>. I don't know what funny things those eastern modders have created, here on Nexus I don't know one mod which makes use of them. These bones can be used for weight painting the butt and belly areas without interfering with BBB. One problem I can't judge though: if it is possible to draw enough movement from weight painting with these bones. But if butt movement was possible with non-animated breast bones, it should be no problem with other bones. And finally it is always possible to add some simple butt/belly movement to the most common animations like walk, run, idle.
Trashdog
Well, I gues the idea comes from the single outfit which I adapted to that body, which I called Belly Dancer Cloth, so its probably not too far fetched people expect some jiggle ;) But good to know its possible, I assumed the bones which are used for those animations have to be in the same region. Right now I don't have much clue about BBB and Weight Painting anyway, so its nothing I will do in the near future, but I was curious and I certainly will remember this once I get into the Weight Painting stuff myself. Thanks for the reply.
