Diablo Neceromancer Armor?

Hey guys, whats up? I've been looking for nearly 2 years now for a good armor mod for my necromancer. I've come up with some good robes, sure, but I've always wanted the Diablo feel to my armor.

So i've come to the request forums asking if anyone could make, or if anyone has made an armor that looks like this:

Any help would be apperciated. Or, if you make that mod, that'd be very apperciated too.

If need be, i'll provide as many references as needed.
