Looking for certain ingredients!!!

I'm looking for a certain few ingredients for the GOTY edition. I'm looking for the combination to make a Fortification Attack Potion and to make a Maximun Magicka Potion. I have found that the Horkers from Solstheim have Maximum Magicka in their description and that I can't find the other half to create a potion for that ingredient. I also noticed that Ghouls Heart has Fortify Attack in its ingredient list. But, I can't find the other ingredient to create a potion that has Fortify Attack. I have a strategy guide for the original game but not the GOTY edition. So that why I can't find out where to find the ingredients for these two items in the game. Either Golden or Noble Sedge (both Tribunal) has Fortify Attack. I believe there may be one additional Tribunal ingredient with this effect.

Thanks again for the tip, Abramul. But, I know that I may be pushing it a bit, but is there anything in game that combo's with the Horkers Tusk to make a Maximum Magicka Potion. If not then I understand that it's just one of Bethesda's quarks. Thanks again for the help.

Here is a list of all the ingredients showing a picture, where to get it, what effects it has and other things like weight and value.

 

After pressing ctrl+F and searching for fortify maximum magicka it seems that the Horkers Tusk is indeed the only ingredient with this property. Bah.

You could just make a fortify intelligence potion with ash yams and bloats. It does the same as fortify magicka, plus when your intellect is high you make better potions, so make a bunch then drink them, then make some more and the effect on them will be much better. The Imperial shrine in Sadrith Mora has both along with other good alchemy ingredients. The guy next to the shrine I think he's in a red robe. The items also regenerate when you leave the barter screen. So you can buy hundreds at a time if you want. Hope this will help.

 

I was playing morrowind again and I noticed that the emerald has fortify maximum magicka on it to.

 

Also stoneflower has it to.
