There is some amazing clothing on this site that would fit perfectly on NPCs. So... for example, if I want this 12 Bolt Diving Helmet to have... say a 5 percent chance of spawning on a raider, how would I go about doing this?I know it has something to do with leveled lists and template lists. What tools would I need? FO3EDIT? The GECK?Could someone tell me how to do it here, or is there a tutorial out there? (I searched a bit but didn't find anything.) To clarify, I want to add a new helmet for randomly generated raiders to choose from, just like they do with the old helmets, this should not be a replacer. 7thsealord Posted February 8, 2011 Share Posted February 8, 2011 (edited) Using your example, it is hard to see why most Raiders would be luggung around Diving Helmets. They're heavy and the armour value isn't that great anyhow. Of course, an aquatic Raider gang might have a bunch of them. Hmmm, there's a possible idea for a mod.
