MDC519
I have begun testing my new mod and when it loads, Boone's beret hangs off one ear. Without my mod, his hat is normal. Where should I start looking to find out what the cause may be---my mod adds new npc's, but I haven't messed with Boone at all. I have re-texed a combat armor helmet (which does not do this) and some armors/outfits, but I don't think this is the cause. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. MDC519
Actually this link in the above topic you guys gave to me seems to be the solution. It talks about the updatefacegen problem and having to hand edit the items in FNVEdit. I just did it for Boone's beret (it works! ), but there are dozens of hats and sunglasses that are missing the flag being set as well-----lot's of editing to do, but at least I know the fix now. Thanks! Edited February 7, 2011 by MDC519
Fumofumo
If you only edited Boone's hat, simply delete the all other references using FNVEdit. No point in wasting all that time for one object.
