Kem0sabe
As the topic says, im worried that the heavy use of mods in dragon age origins will affect the ability to correctly import my savegame into Dragon age 2 when it comes out. Should i play at least once unmodded so as to have a "clean" save? Regrads,
Thandal
Welcome, Kem0sabe! No worries. There are only three important things in the "end-state" of whatever DA:O save you use that are imported into DA2, (and some would argue that the last one doesn't really matter anyway): a. Was the DR performed, (and if so, by whom)?b. If, not who slew the AD (and was it your Warden?)c. Who became Ruler of Ferelden? Anything else that happened, (e.g. did your Warden have a LI, who became ruler of Orzammar) might change a codex entry or two, or get a mention by a NPC, but otherwise, irrelevant. And if you don't want to use any of your own end-states, BioWare is providing three to choose from that cover the vast majority of possible situations (as far as they matter.) Since "Your Warden" isn't a character, (you're not "importing" her/him, only the key plot-flag settings) it'll be the same anyway if you just use one of the "defaults".
