FOSE instantly crashes to desktop.

Hello everyone,

 

In anticipation for Fallout 4 I've re-downloaded Fallout 3 and decided to give mods a try for the first time.

 

However after following the instructions and installing FOSE/Mods as instructed, I've hit a hitch. The instant I click Launch FOSE the game CTD.

 

I've used LOOT so as far as I know my load order is alright,
