Not able to download any mods in Nexusmods whatsoever.

Downloading any mods does not work for me in any way, in both situations, manually and in the mod manager, it keeps retrying and trying to get a response from the servers. In NMM, i get the "server unreachable" error, and manually, it just redirects me to the blank website not available page. I've tried 4 different browsers, the browsers being Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, even Internet Explorer, and none of them seem to cooperate. I've also tried to turn off my Firewall, restart my internet, disabling and enabling my adapters, and none of these methods have seemed to fix it. I can access the website perfectly, my internet responds perfectly fine, however i can't download any mod that exists in Nexus whatsoever. This is getting immensely annoying, and is basically turning me off from playing Skyrim. I tried to get the Nexus Download Diagnoser as well, to see if that would be related to any of my issues, and it 404'd on me, Nothing works. I'm assuming this is on my side. I will note ever since the Content Delivery Network update, I've never been able to download any mods since. I read several other threads and a handful of people seem to be having the problem as well. Recently in one of them apparantely everyone was in or near Montreal, and had Videotron as their ISP in that thread. The difference is, i have their problem, but instead I'm from Florida, with Brighthouse Networks as my ISP. It's been like this for days, and I have run out of ideas, is there any way to fix this problem?
